What we collect
The early-access list stores your email address and the time you signed up. We do not ask for your name, card details, or a password. If you email us, we also receive the information you choose to include in that message.
Our hosting and database providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and secure the website. This information is not added to the early-access signup table.
Why we use it
We use your email address to contact you about early access, app development, and opportunities to give feedback. The signup time records when you joined the early-access offer. We rely on your consent to send early-access updates.
We use information in support messages to respond to your requests. We process necessary technical information for our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the website.
Where it is stored
The signup list is stored in Supabase, our database provider. Access to signup records is restricted. We do not sell the list or make it publicly available.
The site loads Outfit and Inter from Google Fonts. Your browser contacts Google to load these fonts, which can disclose technical information such as your IP address. Service providers may process data outside the UK under their applicable data-protection arrangements.
How long we keep it
We keep your signup details while they are needed to manage early access and recognise the early-access offer, unless you ask us to delete them. We keep support correspondence only for as long as necessary to handle the matter and meet any applicable obligations.
Leaving the list and your rights
Email info@alarmroyale.com to stop early-access updates, ask for your signup details to be deleted, or request access to or correction of your information. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already took place.
You may also have rights to restrict or object to processing and to receive a portable copy of your data, depending on the circumstances. You can raise a concern with the Information Commissioner's Office.
Cookies and analytics
We have not added analytics, advertising trackers, or tracking cookies to this website. The signup form does not use browser storage to keep your email address.
Payments and the app
This website does not collect card details or take payments. Card saving and payment authorisation happen in the app through Stripe. Information about app data and payment processing will be provided before you use those features.
Changes
We will update this policy when the website's use of personal information changes, including before adding analytics.
